Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
If you purchase our lifestyle habit support services in New Zealand as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) applies. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, fit for any particular purpose you told us about, completed within a reasonable time when no time is set, and match their description.
If something goes wrong
If our service fails to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as re-supply of the service, refund, or compensation depending on the failure and its seriousness. Contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Fair Trading Act 1986
We must not mislead you about what our programmes include, pricing, or likely outcomes. Marketing describes general experiences only; individual results vary and are not promised.
Business customers
If you acquire services for business purposes, the CGA may not apply. Contract terms in your written agreement prevail.
